Payment
We give our clients the ability to see and approve any media we create prior to remitting payment. This is done via our automated system that allows viewing of watermarked photos before payment and automatically removes this watermark as soon as the balance is settled.
Real Estate Videos
Real estate videos will be delivered as a ~90-second video via our client portal within 48 hours. Real estate videos will show highlights of the property as decided by the photographer's best judgment. The length of the video may vary. If a branded video is requested, it's the client's responsibility to send all logos and other material in a timely fashion to ensure on-time delivery. The quality of branding and logos is dependent on the quality of the symbols and media provided by the realtor.
Rescheduling/Cancelation:
Benson Productions does not charge cancellation or rescheduling fees, even if we arrive at the shoot and it is not ready. We know that things happen, and our goal is to be as close to part of your team as possible
Delivery of Media
Photos and 3D virtual tours will be delivered within 24 hours after the shoot day via our client portal where the client can download the media. Listing videos will be delivered within 48 hours of the shoot. Photo add-ons that require additional editing may take up to 72 hours. No final image count is guaranteed.
Drone Photography or Video
The availability of the drone add-on is subject to local ordinances and FAA restrictions. Close proximity to an airport may make obtaining aerial shots impossible due to these restrictions. The photographer may decide not to pursue any shots/angles he believes to be unsafe or prohibited. Poor weather may lead to a cancellation of the aerial add-on. Due to the nature of aerial photography, no specific shots or angles can be guaranteed.
